The Red Cedar is the giver of life along the Pacific Northwest.  The health of this species sustains the equilibrium of the forest and all her creatures.  Here, the deer and salmon are worshipping the great Red Cedar and grieving because these giants are slowly disappearing due to the oversaturated logging industry.
